Open JoinVia and use Sync Now. Confirm your iPhone has an internet connection and that Microsoft is still connected in Settings.
Something changed in Outlook?
Apple Reminders remains the source of truth. Manual changes to mapped Outlook events are corrected during the next sync.
Want to remove your data?
Use Settings → Erase JoinVia Data. You can keep Outlook copies or remove mapped events first when connected.
